You’ll collaborate with top industry professionals, gain hands‑on experience with cutting‑edge technologies, and deliver solutions that create real business impact.
Responsibilities
* Research the client organisation and industry value chains.
* Develop AI solutions across a range of technologies and drive adoption to generate value for our clients.
* Research evolving market trends around Generative and Agentic AI.
* Identify issues, create hypotheses, and execute analysis to develop decision‑ready recommendations.
In your first two years you will work on diverse projects, partnering with a variety of household names and making a difference to everyday life. You will usually work as part of a small, diverse team of consultants, data scientists, designers, architects, and users, or as the modelling specialist within a team of industry experts.
Required Education
Predicted a 2:1 Bachelor’s Degree or achieved in a STEM, Economics, Statistics or similar degree.
Preferred Education
Master’s Degree.
Required Technical & Professional Skills
* Exceptional quantitative analysis skills and ability to derive data‑driven recommendations using predictive analytics and generative AI.
* Strong communication and storytelling skills; ability to communicate complex situations clearly and simply.
* Logical problem‑solving skills, delivering creative and well‑structured solutions to ambiguous problems.
* A passion for innovative ideas and experience with emerging technologies, especially generative AI, and its responsible delivery.
* Strong interpersonal skills, collaborating effectively in an intense team environment and building relationships across all levels.
Eligibility
Applicants must hold British Nationality, a UK work permit, or indefinite leave to remain. We do not sponsor visas and require a minimum of 5 years UK continuous residency.
