The purpose of the Paraplanning Administrator is to support Financial Advisers and Paraplanners in delivering high-quality financial advice by handling administrative duties to support client requests. You will ensure that the preparation of advice for clients is of the highest quality and delivered in an efficient manner. To be successful in this role, you should be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, providing technical and administrative support to ensure smooth operations within the firm. As our Paraplanning Administrator your responsibilities are to: Work alongside Paraplanners to participate in the delivery of comprehensive financial research within set SLAs Provide administrative support to include the preparation of client packs, research, illustrations and preparation of new business packs Ensure back-office systems are up to date with client information, provider contacts, case updates and documentation Work with Paraplanners, Advisers and Client Services Administrators to ensure the correct client outcome is achieved, whilst ensuring Advisers are kept up to date with case progression Support the wider paraplanning team with answers to questions and process guidance, whilst referring to Senior team members where necessary Adhere to all standard operating procedures, policies and processes, in accordance with all FCA regulations. What we are looking for in our ideal Paraplanning Administrator: Experience is required within a general administration role Experienced using Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook Able to use own initiative and takes ownership of any task through to completion, displaying a flexible and positive attitude Ability to build relationships as well as maintaining supportive relationships with Advisers, other departments and members of the team A high level of accuracy, attention to detail and organisational skills with the ability to work within deadlines.
