.Project Management Experience
* 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare
* (Preferred, not required) Demonstrated experience managing HEOR (Health Economics & Outcomes Research) or RWE (Real-World Evidence) projects through full lifecycle (Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitoring & Controlling, Closure)
* Experience managing third-party organizations (TPOs/CROs) including vendor onboarding, contracting, and invoicing
* Proven track record managing complex project portfolios across multiple business units simultaneously
* Experience with RFP development, proposal review, and change order management
2. Technical & Domain Knowledge
* (Preferred, not required) Working knowledge of HEOR study types (observational studies, systematic literature reviews, health economic modeling, patient-reported outcomes)
* Familiarity with pharmaceutical business planning cycles and portfolio management
* Understanding of procurement processes, contracting frameworks, and budget management in a pharma/biotech environment
* (Preferred) Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements relevant to HEOR research (e.g., SEQS PRD, data privacy)
3. Core Skills
* Strong stakeholder management — ability to collaborate across scientists, cross-functional business partners, BU leaders, third-party managers, and procurement
* Budget and timeline risk monitoring with proactive escalation and mitigation
* Excellent organizational and communication skills for day-to-day operational management
* Data accuracy oversight and process compliance management
* Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Planisware, or equivalent)
* (Preferred) Proficiency in Financial systems (SAP, Fiori, Ariba)
4. AI & Automation Knowledge
* Demonstrated knowledge of AI and automation tools applied to project management workflows (e.g., AI-assisted scheduling, automated status reporting, predictive analytics for risk identification)
* (Preferred) Experience leveraging AI/ML platforms or tools to improve efficiency in HEOR research operations (e.g., automated literature screening, NLP-based data extraction, generative AI for report drafting)
* Familiarity with automation of routine PM tasks such as invoice tracking, milestone monitoring, and portfolio dashboards
* Willingness to adopt and champion emerging AI-enabled project management technologies within the team
5. Preferred Qualifications
* PMP, PgMP, or equivalent project management certification
* Experience working within a matrixed pharmaceutical organization
* Familiarity with Client-specific tools, operating models, or HEOR central workflows
* Background in supporting both strategy and operations
