Changing Fertility Care for Generations to Come At CooperSurgical we are currently looking to recruit a Training coordinator for our newly established technical training centre in the UK. You will be part of a small dynamic international product training and development team, reporting into the Global Equipment Training Manager. This on-site position is in Crawley, UK and all candidates must be eligible to work in the UK. There may however, on occasion, be a need to travel overseas, so a willingness to travel is essential. Position In this role as Training Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting technical product training and field service engineer development in EMEA, APAC, and The Americas. You have a great passion for organizing, administrating, and supporting others, and you see the value in CooperSurgical’s mission and vision. Your daily tasks require trainee support such as Visa invitations, travel support etc. as well as ensuring accurate record keeping, resource scheduling and management. You will also be responsible for hosting visiting trainees at our training centre, ensuring that they have everything they need, so that they may concentrate on their training. In other words, you will play an essential role in ensuring a world-class on-site and off-site experience for our internal colleagues (Field Service Engineers) as well as visiting distributors. You must have solid written and verbal skills. You thrive in a dynamic international context and are willing to walk the extra mile, when needed. Your key responsibilities Administrate all equipment training to ensure all records, schedules and other associated documentation is accurate and up-to-date Manage training registration, course placement, and feedback Coordinate and share training schedules to drive trainee participation Manage resourcing for on-site training sessions, including equipment, spares, trainer availability and trainee support (lunches, course materials etc) Participate ad hoc in organising courses, webinars and conferences (Bookings, logistics etc) Support the team in different ad hoc projects Your Qualifications A proven track record in business administration, hospitality or event management is essential Excellent Microsoft Office skills are highly desirable Strong process and administrative skills are essential Project management experience is preferable You should be a good team player who is energetic, outgoing, sociable, resourceful, and responsible – a people person Proficient communicator with strong collaborative skills Fluent English (spoken and written) is mandatory Why join CooperSurgical?
