Service Advisor – Main Dealership – Bury St Edmunds
Salary: £28,000 Basic | Uncapped OTE £35,000+

We are currently recruiting for a Service Advisor to join a reputable main dealership in Bury St Edmunds. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident and experienced individual to step into a senior position within a supportive and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the service process
2. Manage service bookings, workshop diary, and customer communications
3. Provide expert advice on service options, timescales, and costs
4. Act as a key liaison between customers, technicians, and management
5. Handle customer queries and complaints professionally, ensuring a high level of satisfaction
6. Support and mentor junior members of the service team
Requirements:
7. Proven experience in a Service Advisor or Senior Service Advisor role within the automotive sector
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
9. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
10. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
11. A commitment to providing a first-class customer experience
Working Hours:
12. Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
13. 1 in 2 Saturdays
