An international Trust client is looking for an enthusiastic Corporate Secretary who wants to build a rewarding career by delivering client service excellence.
This is a permanent role within their communications department, where you will be responsible for ensuring effective governance by coordinating board meetings, maintaining clear communication between directors and senior management, and maintaining statutory records. You will also be accurately recording board decisions, facilitating corporate governance improvements, and supporting the board in decision-making processes across multiple entities.
Requirements include sound technical knowledge and demonstrated ability within the corporate governance arena, a relevant qualification (ICSA/STEP Diploma or equivalent), excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to engage with a diverse range of people. Developing and maintaining effective internal and external relationships is essential.
