What the day will look like
In this role, you will support the development and management of Aon's reinsurance facility portfolio. The LATAM Facility Property team launched in February 2025, responding to the increased demand for facultative reinsurance due to pressures on treaty capacity. This role plays a critical part in ensuring efficient, cost‑effective reinsurance solutions that complement treaty placements.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure accurate and timely reporting of facility information and data for internal and client reporting.
Assist in building the brand of Aon's reinsurance facility offering with colleagues, clients and reinsurers.
Conduct analysis and present data professionally and concisely.
Build knowledge of reinsurance facility products, understanding their technical and commercial features.
Develop relationships with key internal stakeholders and understand processes for identifying new client solutions.
Gain understanding of the reinsurance facility marketplace, competitors, buyers and capacity providers.
Manage administration of facility reporting and liaise with Client Service colleagues regarding credit control and claims.
Manage the pipeline of opportunities, renewal timelines and reporting for existing facility products.
Contribute to contract preparation, mid‑term amendments and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Analyse data sets using Excel (Pivot Tables, formulas) and prepare well‑presented PowerPoint material.
Support creation of submission documentation.

You'll collaborate closely with treaty teams, client account teams, executive sponsors and colleagues across Aon's global reinsurance network. Essential
Skills and experience that will lead to success
Strong organisational and administrative skills with ability to manage competing deadlines.
Analytical competence within MS Excel, including Pivot Tables and formulas.
Ability to present data clearly and professionally using MS PowerPoint.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage professionally with Aon's global network.
Ability to follow instruction while also taking initiative and demonstrating project‑management capability.
Preferred
Experience within facultative or treaty reinsurance.
Familiarity with data visualisation tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
Nice To Have
Knowledge of Python or SQL.
Bilingual English‑Spanish.

Growth of the facility portfolio, including revenue and number of facilities.
Demonstrating timely and accurate delivery of tasks set by the Head of Reinsurance Facilities.
Recognition as a subject‑matter point of contact for facility business.
Building a strong internal and external network across clients and reinsurers.
