The Project: FC Laser are implementing a new ERP system to unify multiple standalone systems into one integrated platform. This will: Connect Sales, CAD, and Shopfloor operations. Eliminate inefficiencies caused by separate quoting, design, production, and sales software. Improve productivity, reporting, and overall efficiency. Your mission: Assist IT Manager in configuring and implementing ERP modules. Review, clean, and standardise data for migration. Analyse current processes and recommend improvements. Support pilot testing and help develop user guides for staff training. Day-to-Day Responsibilities Data preparation and validation. ERP configuration and testing. Process mapping and documentation. Collaborating with multiple departments. Developing training materials and providing first-level support during rollout.
