9-year-old independent with a loyal following
Dinner service weekdays, all-day weekends
Fresh, seasonal ingredients & refined techniques
Michelin-trained Head Chef offering expert coaching
Minimal turnover tight-knit, quality-focused brigade
The Ideal Senior Chef de Partie:
3+ years experience in bistros/branded restaurants
Strong section skills & flair for French cuisine
Stable CV with longevity in previous roles
Team player who thrives in a busy but supportive environment
Passionate about menu development (input encouraged!)
