Are you a skilled and passionate clinical psychologist with neuropsychology experience, ready to lead impactful work within the criminal justice system?
We are seeking a Principal Psychologist to join an expanding national neuro-rehabilitation service delivering support across prisons and probation settings in England and Wales. This is a remote role with occasional travel and offers an exciting opportunity to drive forward clinical innovation, staff development, research, and systemic change.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Provide clinical and neuropsychological supervision to Brain Injury Linkworkers across the UK.
* Support service expansion and development with a focus on evidence-based, person-centred neuro-rehabilitation.
* Deliver and adapt brain injury awareness training across criminal justice settings.
* Contribute to service evaluation and research, author publications, and represent the service at conferences and external events.
* Offer strategic clinical leadership to the wider team, contributing to service design, governance, and continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For:
* HCPC-registered Clinical Psychologist.
* Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (or equivalent).
* Postgraduate training in Neuropsychology (e.g. PGDip) working toward or holding QiCN.
* Significant experience working in neuro-rehabilitation with individuals with brain injury.
* Proven track record in supervising clinical teams and leading complex service delivery.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
