Legal Cashier, 6 Month Fixed Term Contract, £26,000 DOE, Nottinghamshire We are currently working for a well-established firm in Nottinghamshire who are looking for an experienced Legal Cashier to cover a period of maternity. Job Ref: 0363 The Role: Checking and processing legal aid bills including POA1’s and final bills, private client and conveyancing bills. Checking conveyancing completion statements and estate accounts. Processing client and office account receipts. Client to office account transfers. Client and office account bank reconciliations. Taking card payments. Setting up electronic payments. Purchase ledger. Petty cash. General accounts duties. About you: Previous legal cashier experience is essential. You should have knowledge of Solicitors Accounts Rules and AML legislation.
