Job Description & Summary
At PwC, our people in legal services offer comprehensive legal solutions and advice to internal stakeholders and clients, maintaining compliance with regulations and minimising legal risks. These individuals provide strategic guidance and support across various industries.
In employment law at PwC, you will focus on providing legal advice and guidance to clients on matters related to employment, labour relations, and workplace compliance. You will be responsible for maintaining organisational adherence to labour laws and regulations, promoting fair and equitable treatment of employees.

* Respond effectively to the diverse perspectives, needs, and feelings of others.
* Use a broad range of tools, methodologies and techniques to generate new ideas and solve problems.
* Use critical thinking to break down complex concepts.

* Develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is changing.
* Use reflection to develop self awareness, enhance strengths and address development areas.
* Interpret data to inform insights and recommendations.
