Join Barclays as a Campaign Manager, working closely with business owners across BUK to understand customer communication requirements and translate business objectives into impactful campaigns. The role spans the full campaign lifecycle, from defining objectives and designing the approach to selecting the right channel (email, letter, SMS, or in-app) and executing live customer communications. You will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery and execution of messages, ensuring campaigns reach customers effectively and drive measurable business outcomes. To be successful in this role, you will need the following: Background in customer communication or interaction. Experience in requirements management and planning, including campaign delivery, communication processes and project management. Demonstrated willingness and motivation to learn and develop in the role. Some other highly valued skills include: Stakeholder management. Influencing and negotiation skills. Risk management and controls awareness. You may be assessed on the key critical skills relevant for success in role, such as risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen, strategic thinking and digital and technology, as well as job-specific technical skills. The successful candidate will be based in Northampton (Pavilion Drive). Purpose of the role To support the bank's decision-making processes by providing timely, accurate, and insightful information through designing, developing, and maintaining management reports, compelling visualisations and dashboards that effectively communicate key performance indicators (KPIs), data insights and trends across various business units. Accountabilities Design and development of comprehensive reports and dashboards utilisng best practices in data visualisation principles and design aesthetics to ensure clarity, accuracy, and accessibility. Design, development and implementation of automated report generation processes and visualisation methodologies for improved efficiency and timeliness. Identification and analysis of business requirements to define report content and format. Maintenance and updating of existing reports and dashboards to reflect changing business needs, including co-ordination of reporting template releases and related administrative tasks. Development of robust processes & controls for collating input data, performing exploratory data analysis & data cleansing and seeking signoffs as required. Engagement with stakeholders as needed to ensure up to date data is incorporated into reporting and visualisations. Take responsibility for end results of a team's operational processing and activities. Escalate breaches of policies/procedure appropriately. Take responsibility for embedding new policies/procedures adopted due to risk mitigation. Advise and influence decision making within own area of expertise. Take ownership for managing risk and strengthening controls in relation to the work you own or contribute to. Deliver your workand areas of responsibility in line with relevant rules, regulation and codes of conduct. Maintain and continually build an understanding of how own sub-function integrates with function, alongside knowledge of the organisations products, services and processes within the function. Demonstrate understanding of how areas coordinate and contribute to the achievement of the objectives of the organisation sub-function. Make evaluative judgements based on the analysis of factual information, paying attention to detail. Resolve problems by identifying and selecting solutions through the application of acquired technical experience and will be guided by precedents. Guide and persuade team members and communicate complex/sensitive information. Act as contact point for stakeholders outside of the immediate function, while building a network of contacts outside team and external to the organisation.
