Workers required to harvest herbs. The role is field based working outdoors in all weathers. Successful candidates must be available to work 7 day a week with 1 day off. Work hours are dependent on weather and workers would need to be flexible. Work generally begins between 5.30am-7.30am and between 7-10 hours per day (up to 48 hours per week). Work is physical and requires carrying items up to 5kg. All training will be provided. Workers must provide own transport to the farm then will be transported via company vehicles to the required area of the farm. Work commences in May until mid October roughly, very weather dependent. The National Living Wage will be paid.
