Join DHL Supply Chain as an HSE Manager at one of our food-based sites, where maintaining the highest standards of safety, hygiene, and compliance is critical to delivering quality products to our customers. Responsibilities
* Providing day-to-day Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE) assistance and advice to ensure compliance with statutory legislation.
* Assisting with the development, implementation, and communication of all relevant SHE policies at the site.
* Meeting annual Safety, Health, and Environmental objectives, assessed via the performance management system.
* Supporting the SHE function in delivering the SHE business plan.
* Coordinating and assisting with Safety, Health, and Environmental initiatives across the site.
Qualifications
* NEBOSH qualification – essential.
* Knowledge of food and quality standards – highly desirable and a real bonus.
* Experience working with facilities – desirable.
* Knowledge of transport operations – desirable.
* Management experience – desirable.
* A proactive individual with passion and ambition to grow within the business.
