We are seeking a passionate and inspiring Operational Manager to lead and grow our Adult & Children Outreach services. You will play a key role in shaping services that are responsive to the unique needs of each individual and family we support. By treating everyone with respect and dignity, you will use your strong communication skills to build trusting relationships and work in partnership with families, communities and other key people.
We are looking for someone who can provide clear guidance, leadership and support to the outreach team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality and personalised services. You will champion excellence, maintaining strong standards of quality, impact and continuous improvement while always keeping people and families at the heart of everything we do.
Reporting to the Head of Operations, and in collaboration with your Operational Manager colleagues, you will contribute to the growth and development of Adult & Children Outreach in line with Cosgrove’s Strategy and Values, leading with integrity, transparency and accountability in all aspects of your role.
