Regional Sales Manager – Automotive Finance * North England & Scotland * Field-based * Salary c. £50k * Bonuses £16 – 20k * Car – choice of company car or allowance * Healthcare * Pension Overview * We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven person to join this highly successful market leading business * In this pivotal role, you will lead a team of 3 Area Sales Managers and oversee revenue generation, customer relationships, and the growth of large dealer accounts within your assigned region. * Your main focus will be on acquiring new accounts, growing the existing dealer base, and coaching your team to achieve their targets.
