Arc'teryx Piccadilly is looking for its future Assistant Store Manager!
Role Overview:
You will lead a team of 15 members (including Lead and Sales Associate) alongside your Store Manager and a second Assistant Store Manager. Your focus is on delivering exceptional guest experiences, building connections, and achieving bold objectives both in-store and within the community. You will create a compelling brand experience and develop your team in line with Arc'teryx's Vision, Purpose, and Values.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead a team aligned with Arc'teryx's Vision, Purpose, and Values.
2. Oversee store operations across experience, product, community, and people pillars.
3. Support training and coaching to deliver best-in-class guest experiences.
4. Lead by example, coaching in the moment, and empowering team self-leadership.
5. Identify and develop future store leaders with your Store Manager.
6. Manage the entire employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
7. Support and deliver on store and community objectives.
8. Build brand presence and guest loyalty by upholding company values.
9. Lead from the floor 5 days a week, championing exceptional guest experiences.
10. Empower your team to exercise judgment in guest service.
11. Assist the Store Manager with store operations as needed.
12. Collaborate on store events to support community engagement and traffic.
13. Evaluate staffing and development needs quarterly with your Store Manager.
Qualifications:
* 2-3 years of leadership and retail management experience.
* Strong leadership skills with a focus on recruitment, development, and motivation.
* Entrepreneurial spirit with a drive for results.
* Passion for service and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
* Financial acumen including budgeting and sales forecasting.
* Ability to set and align team goals, fostering commitment.
* Balance autonomy and collaboration effectively.
* Solution-oriented mindset with integrity.
* Passion for outdoor activities and outdoor lifestyle.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Strong time management and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
* Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
Expectations:
* Availability reflecting business needs, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holiday season.
* Availability for Black Friday and holiday period work.
* Accountability for all responsibilities outlined in the role document, performing Product Guide and Lead duties as needed.
Details:
* Hours: Full-Time, 40 hours/week.
* Compensation: Salary + Bonus.
