Job Summary
This is an exciting opportunity to join DIO Regional Delivery (RD) SERP (South East Region and PFIs) to lead a major Soft Facilities Management contract change. The role involves demobilising two contracts and mobilising a single large contract. The Contract Change Manager (CCM) supports leadership, manages relationships, drives improvements, and leads contract expiry planning.
The CCM ensures compliance, develops demobilisation and mobilisation plans, and seeks opportunities for performance improvement and value optimisation. The position is advertised at 37 hours per week.
Job Description
* Support the Assistant and Deputy Heads Contract Change to ensure effective team operation and diversity.
* Ensure robust assurance regimes for legal and contractual compliance during demobilisation.
* Address non-compliance issues with action plans and monitor progress.
* Act as secretariat for the SERP Contract Change Committee and meetings.
* Manage risks, develop delivery plans, and act on customer feedback.
* Build collaborative relationships following ISO44001 principles.
* Drive change and efficiency improvements across SERP.
* Lead the Contract Change programme with clear strategies.
* Ensure benefits realisation and learning from experience.
* Coordinate with re-procurement teams and manage data for future estate management.
Person Specification
Experience managing large or complex contracts, ideally in Asset and Facilities Management.
