Your Role:
* Support the Trade Marketing Director across North Europe for frames, lenses, and instruments for all trade channels.
* Create monthly presentations, consolidate regional reports, and support NE projects.
* Assist in consolidating promotions and events calendars and coordinate with regional Heads of Trade Marketing.
* Work with Brand Managers and Sales Teams to develop GTM marketing calendars, ensuring sales support and consumer demand stimulation.
* Coordinate requests from the corporate TM team and manage regional consolidations.
* Collaborate with regional Trade Marketing colleagues to understand needs and develop solutions.
* Support the execution and evaluation of marketing plans and campaigns to maximize brand impact and sales.
* Ensure activities align with corporate guidelines and manage marketing budgets.
* Utilize tools like SAP, Trade up, Content Lab, and Media Center for operational tasks.
* Regularly use PowerPoint and Excel for reporting and presentations.
* Coordinate digitalization efforts with tools like Massive Digital, Smart Shopper, Eyecast, and Companion.
* Focus primarily on the UKI market, supporting the Head of TM UKI during maternity leave.
Main Responsibilities:
* Prepare monthly reports and presentations for trade marketing activities.
* Manage NE trade marketing projects including digitalization and customer journey initiatives.
* Recommend and coordinate sales events and promotional calendars.
* Evaluate key activities' effectiveness, providing insights and next steps.
* Ensure clear communication internally and externally, including store visits.
* Assist in marketing event production, trade trainings, conferences, and promotional activities.
* Manage point of sale materials and coordinate brand communications.
* Produce brochures, leaflets, and sales materials, involving relevant departments.
* Conduct competitor analysis and review reports bi-monthly.
Minimum Requirements:
* Degree-level education.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* Significant trade marketing experience.
* Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Imaginative and entrepreneurial mindset.
* Interest or experience in luxury goods and eyewear markets.
* Leadership and teamwork skills.
