The Role:
As a Shutter Fitter, you'll be the final and most important part of our customer journey - bringing their vision to life with a precise, high-quality installation. You'll work across a variety of property types and be trusted to deliver flawless fittings that reflect our brand's high standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Fitting custom-made plantation shutters in customers' homes
* Measuring windows accurately during pre-installation visits
* Working with a range of materials including wood and PVC
* Communicating with customers in a friendly, respectful manner
* Managing your own schedule and vehicle for site visits
* Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard, with excellent attention to detail
* Identifying and resolving any fitting issues with professionalism
About You:
* Proven experience in joinery, carpentry or shutter/blind fitting
* Excellent measuring and installation skills
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Professional, polite and reliable
* High attention to detail and pride in your work
* Full UK driving licence
