Our client based in Keighley is looking to recruit an experienced and reliable Fitter to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for fitting and assembling valves, interpreting GA drawings, and using a radial drill to support production and maintenance tasks. This role requires a proactive individual with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. Key Responsibilities: • Fit, assemble, and install valves to required specifications. • Read and accurately interpret GA (General Arrangement) drawings. • Operate a radial drill safely and efficiently. • Use initiative to identify issues, solve problems, and ensure smooth workflow. • Inspect components to ensure they meet quality and technical standards. • Maintain tools, equipment, and work area to high safety and cleanliness standards. • Work closely with the production team to meet deadlines and project requirements.
