Established for nearly 30 years, our client specialises in conceptual design and creative production within the luxury retail sector.
They’re now looking to add a new process-driven Project Manager to the team. As a Project Manager, you will receive briefs directly from clients and Account Directors, and will be responsible for defining requirements, managing expectations, and determining exactly what is required in every detail.
You’ll be working on a variety of briefs, anything from a single graphic, to a full nationwide bespoke build roll out – all produced to the highest standard and often to tight deadlines. Clients range from world-renowned museums to world-leading luxury brands.
Job Role
1. Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, meeting with them to discuss project requirements, developing opportunities and keeping them informed at every stage
2. Manage the client’s expectations, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and effective manner
3. Quoting projects, budget tracking and requesting POs
4. Attend and supervise on site visits (often out of typical working hours)
5. Keep all team members informed about project status and any issues
6. Chair project meetings for major works with all relevant team members
7. Financial administration
8. Always seek to improve the company processes, with a positive and constructive attitude
9. Follow all health and safety / sustainability policies and procedures
10. To perform other reasonable tasks as required
Skills and Experience
11. Excellent time management and organisational skills
12. Excellent attention to detail
13. Good judgement and a logical approach
14. Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook
15. Experience using Adobe CC would be advantageous
16. A dynamic individual who takes pride and enthusiasm in all their work
17. Ability to manage multiple projects of varying nature simultaneously
18. Commercially aware and process driven
19. At least 5 years’ experience in a project management role
20. Good knowledge of the retail sector, experience in retail visual merchandising is ideal
21. Knowledge of the print industry is an advantage
