Training Co-ordinator
Location: Torness
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
Salary: Competitive
Shift Pattern: Monday–Thursday: 07:45–16:15 | Friday: 07:45–13:15 (flexible)
Dalkia is seeking a highly organised and proactive Training Co-ordinator to join our team at Torness. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in organising and managing training to support compliance and development across our facilities department and wider site team.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate all training activities for the facilities team and wider site personnel
* Arrange and book training with external providers
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date training records using a specialist system
* Keep line managers informed with current training plans and schedules
* Arrange travel and accommodation for staff attending external training
About You
* Exceptionally organised with strong attention to detail
* Previous experience in training coordination or a similar administrative role (advantageous)
* Clear communicator with strong IT skills, especially in Microsoft Office
