We’re looking for two enthusiastic apprentices to join our growing IT team. Responsibilities: As an Infrastructure & Cloud Apprentice, you’ll support the day-to-day operations of our IT systems while learning how to manage cloud platforms and infrastructure services. You’ll work alongside experienced engineers and gain exposure to: Supporting users with hardware, software, and network issues Assist in the configuration and management of cloud services, such as Microsoft 365 Helping with installation of servers, virtual machines, and network devices Documenting technical processes and solutions Participating in real-world projects and structured training What We’re Looking For We don’t expect you to know everything — that’s what the apprenticeship is for! But we’d love to see: A genuine interest in IT, cloud computing, or network infrastructure Basic knowledge of computers, networks, or operating systems A proactive attitude and willingness to learn Good communication and teamwork skills GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths What You’ll Get The Level 3 Information Communication Technician Apprenticeship will typically take 21 months to complete.
