Implement effective QMS processes in conjunction with operating staff Maintain QMS processes such as audits (internal and external), supplier qualification, change control, non-conforming product and corrective and preventive action systems Compile, assess and monitor ongoing quality tracking metrics to help drive efficiency and continual improvement. Schedule and carry out routine quality control tests/checks. Carry out internal inspections at all stages of WIP & Finished goods to customer Specifications. Training staff in new and existing quality procedures, including Induction and Corrective Action training. Liaise with suppliers regarding issues relating to Incoming goods inspection. Liaise with customers regarding issues relating to finished goods inspection, returns, and clarification of drawings and tolerances. Communicate quality procedures to sub-contractors and ensure compliance to our customer specifications. Auditing of Quality process within Production, Stores and Order Processing and admin functions.
