Sous Chef - Gloucester
£30,342 per annum
Monday - Friday - Early finish Fridays! 37.5 hours per week
We are currently recruiting for a talented and passionate Sous Chef to join our Eurest team based at Safran Landing Systems. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced chef looking for a great work-life balance in a professional, high-quality catering environment.
About the Role:
As Sous Chef, you will support the Head Chef in delivering fresh, high-quality food while maintaining excellent standards of food safety, hygiene, and presentation. You will play a key role in daily kitchen operations, team supervision, and ensuring a smooth and efficient service.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation and service of fresh, nutritious meals
Support menu planning and food innovation
Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety
Supervise and motivate kitchen staff
Ensure efficient stock control and minimal waste
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in a similar Sous Chef role
Strong culinary skills and a passion for quality food
Excellent organisational and leadership abilities
Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures
Interview Process:
