Organisational Design ConsultantHybrid WorkingThe purpose of this engagement is to support the design and implementation of a future-state administrative support operating model that is:??Efficient, cost-effective, and scalable?Enabled by streamlined processes and appropriate technology?Aligned to organisational priorities and demand?Capable of delivering high-quality, consistent support across the Force?The consultant will build on the Ignite review findings and Strategic Change Team process mapping to develop a robust, evidence-based organisational design.??Objectives:?Translate 'as-is' and 'to-be' process insights into organisational requirements.Design a future operating model that supports efficient administrative deliveryEnsure alignment between structure, roles, capability, and demandEnable leadership decision-making through evidence-based optionsSupport the development of an implementable and sustainable organisational structureYou will have at least 5 years organisational design experience and ideally would have worked in the Public Sector.
