Job Description The role of Sales Support Administrator (Telematics) is really important to us. We would love to welcome you to our Crewe, Arden Square office, working hours of Monday-Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm. Please note – we are unable to offer remote/hybrid working or sponsorship for this position* Your Responsibilities Day To Day Will Be Work closely with FB in life and sales channel teams to coordinate administrative support for internal tickets Support the sales teams with a multi departmental approach to get resolutions for disputes Liaise with stakeholders to ensure customers are at the front of all the sales we process Provide cover for the internal compliance teams on an ad hoc basis to cover annual leave or absence Internal audits of lead channel data to ensure accuracy and lead quality is upheld What do we expect of you?
