Our client, a highly respected SEN secondary school based in Halesowen, is seeking an inspirational and values-driven Principal to lead their school into the next phase of development. The school caters to students with a range of complex learning needs, including Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, and Moderate to Severe Learning Difficulties (MLD/SLD), aged 11–19.
About the Role:
As Principal, you will be responsible for the overall strategic leadership and day-to-day management of the school. You will work collaboratively with staff, parents, carers, and external professionals to provide a nurturing, structured environment where every young person can thrive both academically and personally.
The successful candidate will bring proven leadership experience within SEN or inclusive settings, a deep understanding of the SEND Code of Practice, and the ability to inspire high-quality teaching, strong safeguarding practice, and holistic student development.

* A proven track record of senior leadership in SEN, alternative provision, or inclusive education settings
* Strong knowledge of SEND legislation, safeguarding, curriculum development, and quality assurance
