Marketing Strategy Lead — Multi-site Retail
Warrington: Hybrid 3 days in the office, 2 WFH
Salary: £60,000
* Our client is a £150+ million turnover, multi-site retail business. Private equity backed.
* This is a new Senior Marketing role, reporting to the Marketing Director.
* We’re looking for a strategic, data-driven, strategy and planning manager to lead in their next phase of growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Spearhead the Marketing Strategy plan, multi-channel. Supporting the business focus on driving commercial growth and footfall.
* Oversee the business's commercial performance, making impactful suggestions for future change and data-led actions.
* Monitor market dynamics, customer behaviour, and competitor activity to uncover new avenues for growth, feeding back into the Marketing strategy.
* Track and report on performance, use of dashboards, cohort analysis, and conversion tracking (supported by the in-house Data/Analytics team), providing regular insights and recommendations to stakeholders/board.
* Marketing team of 10, excellent channel specialist. You will work cross-channel to support the Marketing Strategy, and lead and mentor these teams.
What I’m looking for
* Experienced in a dedicated Marketing Strategy and Planning role, working cross-channel.
* Exceptional analytical abilities, strong Excel and data visualisation skills, ideally capable of navigating complex data sets, building processes from the ground up, and converting insights into clear actions.
* Confidence with segmentation analysis, conversion funnel tracking, and performance reporting.
* Excellent communicator with the ability to build trust and influence stakeholders across a variety of levels and departments.
* Results-driven, collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
