The successful candidate will be an essential member of the team leading on HR policy and culture across the business. They are a family run business with a strong culture and friendly team offering up to c£40,000 per annum D.O.E. and other great perks.
Roles & Responsibilities
* Lead on all aspects of HR within a mid-sized SME
* Influence positive change within the team
* Manage recruitment, onboarding, training and development
* Maintain regular communication with the senior team to support culture
* Utilise knowledge of UK employment law to advise on HR policy and employee relations
Skills & Experience
* Previous experience in a strategic human resources role * Strong knowledge of UK employment law
* Proven experience bringing strategic change in a previous HR role
* Confident bringing your own ideas to the table
* Level 5 CIPD qualified or higher
