Private Client Paralegal
As part of the firms succession planning, our client, a Chambers listed Legal 500 law firm is seeking a Private Client Paralegal to join its team in Reading.
The firm is well established and highly regarded due to the high levels of service, expertise and quality it provides to its Private clients.
You will need to be able to deal with the straightforward probate work with minimal supervision and assist on a range of other Private Client matters.
You will be working in a team of 8 other fee earners and has the full support of a collegiate team.
The department deals with:
* Administering an Estate
* Court of Protection Creation and Administration of Trusts
* Elderly Client Advice
* Inheritance Tax (IHT)
* Power of Attorney
* Trust and Estate
* Accounting and Tax Management
* Will drafting and Reviews Wills,
* Trusts and Estate Disputes
