We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic SEND Teaching Assistant to join a specialist school in the L15 area, supporting pupils aged 2–19 with a wide range of needs including visual impairments, sensory needs, complex learning needs, and general SEN.

Key Responsibilities
1. Provide 1:1 or small‑group support for pupils with a variety of SEND
2. Assist with learning activities, communication development, and sensory exploration
3. Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment
4. Work collaboratively with teachers and support teams
5. Follow individual care plans and behaviour support strategies
Requirements
6. Level 2 or Level 3 TA qualification (essential)
7. A genuine interest in working within SEND
8. Experience supporting pupils with complex needs (desirable, not essential)
9. Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (essential)
10. Ability to commit to full‑time or part‑time work
11. Patient, reliable, and confident working in a specialist school setting
