Job Description
Information System Services (ISS) is seeking a strategic, detail-oriented, confident, and driven Senior Business Analyst to play a pivotal role in digital transformation.
This prominent position requires collaboration across academic and professional services to analyse complex processes, gather requirements, manage stakeholder expectations, and contribute to the development of innovative digital solutions.
This is a fixed-term role lasting until 28th May 2028.
You should demonstrate adaptability, a focus on deadlines, and the ability to challenge existing practices to implement significant changes in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You should also have experience of working as a Business Analyst within a software development team.
The position is primarily based at Lancaster University's Bailrigg campus, with flexible hybrid working options available to promote a healthy work-life balance. A minimum of two days per week in the office is expected.
