East Riding of Yorkshire Council is seeking an experienced and motivated Qualified Social Worker (Adults) to join their Adult Social Care service in Beverley on a locum basis.

The Role
As a Qualified Social Worker within Adult Social Care, you will:
* Hold and manage a varied caseload of adults with diverse and sometimes complex needs
* Complete Care Act assessments, reviews, and outcome-focused support plans
* Undertake Mental Capacity Act (MCA) assessments and best interest decisions
* Carry out adult safeguarding enquiries in line with statutory duties and local procedures
* Work collaboratively with health colleagues, providers, families, and partner agencies
* Produce high-quality assessments, reports, and care plans within agreed timescales
* Promote independence, wellbeing, and choice through person-centred, relationship-based practice
