Field Monitoring Support Officer - Cardiff, Cardiff
Join our team as a Field Monitoring Support Officer in Cardiff, United Kingdom, and contribute to creating a safer community. We are looking for dedicated individuals to perform electronic monitoring in the homes of individuals subject to curfew or electronic surveillance.
Responsibilities:
* Installing and decommissioning electronic monitoring equipment in clients' homes.
* Visiting clients' homes to install and calibrate monitoring devices, ensuring accurate detection within property boundaries.
* Maintaining and repairing electronic monitoring devices.
* Collaborating with team members for smooth operations and effective communication.
* Providing excellent customer service to individuals under electronic monitoring.
Requirements:
* Full UK Manual Driving Licence (no more than 9 points).
* Ability to travel within the UK; a company car and fuel card will be provided.
* No prior experience necessary; comprehensive training will be provided.
* BPSS clearance with a full 3-year work history, covering gaps over 28 days.
* Willingness to obtain DBS clearance if not already held.
* Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
* Flexibility to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Additional Details:
* Full-time position: 37.5 hours per week.
* Working hours: Evenings, 4 pm to 1 am, shifts may vary.
* Training: 8 days at designated venues (Gatwick, Birmingham, or Stockport).
