Salary: £66,900 - £89,550
Location: Cambridge, Hybrid (at least 2 days per week in the office)
Contract: Permanent, Full-time (35 hours per week)

This is a high-impact, hands-on leadership role where youll combine strategic influence with practical coaching—mentoring teams, embedding Agile practices, and driving a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
