We are looking for a passionate, creative and driven Head Chef to take full charge of our kitchen. This is a fantastic opportunity for a chef who wants to bring their own ideas to life, lead a dedicated team, and have full influence over the menu.
As Head Chef, you'll be responsible for:
* Designing and delivering an exciting, seasonal menu that reflects your creativity.
* Leading and inspiring the kitchen team to deliver consistently high standards.
* Managing food costs and ensuring strong gross profit (GP) performance.
* Maintaining excellent kitchen standards in line with health, safety and hygiene regulations.
* Working closely with the management team to develop new ideas and keep our food offering fresh and competitive.

* Demonstrated experience in managing kitchen operations efficiently.
* Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices.
* Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
* Strong leadership qualities, capable of motivating and inspiring team members.
