- My client, a Wonderfully Innovative & Creative 2 AA Rosette Restaurant based at a Luxury Boutique Hotel in the Historic Market Town of Hexham, is looking for a Talented & Ambitious Chef de Partie to join the team.
- As Chef de Partie, youll help deliver Modern Dishes with Innovative Twists that consistently wow guests! Youll also need to be flexible to work across a multi-faceted hotel which offers guests a more relaxed bar menu option, as well as servicing Many Different Weddings, Functions and Events across the year.
- Set in 12 acres of Magnificent Woodland overlooking the Sprawling Northumberland Countryside, this Independently Owned Venue is incredibly ambitious and as such, were looking for a Chef de Partie who shares the same level of energy, enthusiasm and drive when it comes to maintaining this properties outstanding reputation for food!
- As Chef de Partie youll not only be able to improve your knowledge across all sections, but youll also have the chance to really Develop your Back of House Understanding and General Kitchen Management Skills, really learning what it takes to run a profitable kitchen day-to-day!
