As our Accounts Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the finance team with accurate financial processing, reporting, and general administrative tasks. This is an excellent opportunity to grow your career in a dynamic and supportive hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with day-to-day accounts processing, including invoices, purchase orders, and expense claims
Support month-end and year-end accounting procedures
Maintain accurate financial records and databases
Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies
Assist with payroll and other finance-related administrative tasks as required
Liaise with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure smooth financial operations
Requirements:
Previous experience in an accounts or finance role
Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
Good organisational and time management abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proactive and reliable with a professional approach
Hours of Work:
40 hours per week (full-time)
