In this important role, you will deliver tailored tuition in GCSE English, GCSE Maths, and Functional Skills, helping learners regain confidence and make progress towards their qualifications while waiting for a new school placement or needing additional support in their current setting.
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS essential)
* Experience teaching GCSE English and/or Maths and Functional Skills
* Understanding of the challenges faced by Looked After Children and learners outside mainstream education
* Ability to deliver engaging, motivating lessons that build confidence and skills
* Flexible and adaptable, able to work in a variety of settings including home, school, or community
* Strong communication skills and a patient, supportive approach
