Successful applicants will:- Be caring, patient and understanding, friendly and approachable with a good sense of humour. Have the confidence to reinforce school expectations, rules and to follow the Academy Behaviour Policy. Work as part of a team. Be able to supervise the children both inside and on the playground encouraging sensible behaviour. Be able to follow the school policies and procedures. Understand the need for confidentiality.
