What You’ll Be Doing:
* Develop & Execute Training Playbooks: Use our client’s current framework and make it your own. Create training systems that are scalable, effective, and always improving.
* Continuously Improve Onboarding: Gather regular feedback from stakeholders and employees to keep content fresh, effective, and relevant.
* Collaborate with Product Development: Be the voice of training during product iterations. Provide insight into what works and what doesn’t to make onboarding smoother and smarter.
