As a Supply Early Careers Teacher, you will work in one of Birmingham’s thriving secondary schools, delivering engaging lessons, managing classroom behaviour, and contributing to the wider school community. You’ll have the chance to build strong relationships with students and staff while working across different departments. Roles are available across Key Stages 3 and 4, providing a fantastic opportunity to expand your expertise and explore long-term career options within the school.

Requirements
The successful Teacher will have:
* Recently Qualified Early Careers Teacher (ECT) with QTS in any secondary subject
* Passionate, resilient, and engaging educators
* Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of young people
* Flexibility and adaptability to different learning environments and school cultures
* Ability to obtain suitable references, a valid DBS Check, and hold the Right to Work in the UK (ABC Teachers does not offer sponsorship)
* All staff will undertake thorough interviewing and referencing checks, and hold or be prepared to undergo an Enhanced DBS check registered on the Update Service
