Key Duties
* Assist in the delivery of education and bespoke learning strategies for students with special educational needs.
* Provide one-on-one and small group support in and out of the classroom.
* Help manage classroom behaviour and support a positive learning environment.
* Work closely with teachers to monitor student progress.
Candidate Requirements
* Previous experience in a similar role or working with children is not essential but the desire to build a career in the sector is paramount.
* Understanding of SEN and how to support students effectively.
* Good communication and organisational skills.
