Corporate Solicitor - 2+ Years PQE - Devizes

Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £55,000 - £80,000 (depending on experience)
We are seeking a Corporate Solicitor (2+ PQE) to join a well established and growing Corporate team in Devizes. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a varied caseload and play a key role in the continued expansion of the department.
Key Responsibilities
* Advise on acquisitions and disposals, restructures, management buyouts, shareholders' agreements and joint ventures
* Support and lead on transactions depending on experience
* Provide commercially focused advice to a wide range of clients
* Build strong internal and external relationships
* Contribute to business development and networking activities
* Work collaboratively across departments and office locations
* Maintain strong organisation, high standards and excellent client service
About You
* Qualified Solicitor with 2+ years' PQE in corporate law
* Strong drafting, negotiation and analytical skills
* Experience across a broad range of corporate matters
* Proactive, organised and adaptable
* Excellent communication and relationship building skills
* Full UK driving licence and access to transport
