If you’re a natural closer with a strategic mindset and a passion for tech, this is your moment. What You’ll Do Business Development & Growth: Lead from the front. You’ll identify, target, and win new business across enterprise, corporate, and specialist sectors — opening doors, nurturing relationships, and driving CTI’s expansion into new accounts. Sales Leadership: You won’t just chase leads, you’ll create them. From cold outreach to warm referrals, you’ll build a robust pipeline and convert opportunities into long-term partnerships. Consultative Selling: Understand client pain points and position CTI’s AV solutions as the answer. Your proposals won’t just inform, they’ll persuade. Market Expansion: Own your territory. Identify growth sectors, spot trends, and help CTI dominate the UK AV landscape. Cross-Team Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with engineering and delivery teams to ensure promises made are promises kept. Client Relationships: Become the trusted advisor for your clients, delivering value beyond the project and building partnerships that last. What You Bring 2 years in AV design, sales, or business development ideally with a track record of smashing targets. A hunter mentality with a consultative edge. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Familiarity with CRM tools and sales workflows. Deep understanding of the UK AV market and client expectations.
