Job Description
Stannah is looking to recruit ambitious Apprentice Lift Engineers to join our Maintenance and Repair division. You will cover a route across Dartford and the surrounding areas.
This is a great opportunity to earn while you learn and continue your education. Starting salary of £17,164 will be reviewed regularly based on performance. Apprentice Lift Engineer Responsibilities
* Shadow qualified Engineers and assist with servicing and repair of lifts.
* Attend distance learning courses and complete coursework on time and to a high standard.
* Attend training and mentoring sessions, both in person and online.
* Participate in at least 20% off‑job training.
* Demonstrate the aptitude and behaviours of a future Stannah Lift Engineer.
Training and Development
* Duration of 40 months.
* A mix of practical, mentoring and structured learning at our training centre.
* You will achieve a qualification in Lift Engineering.
Qualifications / Requirements
* Achieved a minimum of GCSE Grade 4 – 9 (A‑C) passes in Maths, English.
* Have a keen interest in engineering or practical experience working in a related role.
* A valid driving licence or working towards one.
