The Morson Group is a principal supplier of skilled track and protection resources for TFL infrastructure. We have teams working round the clock to deliver our clients maintenance, upgrade and enhancement projects across the Capitals transport network.
We are now looking to recruit additional Network Rail grades to join our London Rail team and support our clients work on contracts within the M25 area. Successful candidates must be able to display a proactive attitude and a rigorous safety critical mindset for these roles.
Opportunities are available for experienced operatives with the following certification:
• COSS/Site Warden
• DC Strapping
• Level A
• Protection Controller
• Engineering Supervisor
• PICOP
We have long term contracts, predominantly nights, with regular midweek and weekend working available.
Our work is delivered across the capitals rail network and ideally candidates will have experience of cross boundary NWR/LUL working. However, LUL training will be provided for candidates with a positive safety attitude and approach to performing their role. We also have opportunities for upskilling to work on our contract on RFLI infrastructure.
A full clean driving licence and references will be required.
